Rehabilitation Services
Each St. Anthony's outpatient rehabilitation facility offers services uniquely designed to treat the needs of patients with the goal of improving quality of life.
Our experienced, licensed and professional therapists treat patients age 10 and older for orthopedic injuries and diagnoses. Patients age 14 and older are treated for all other injuries and diagnoses.
Our centers offer physical therapy, occupational and hand therapy to meet patients' individual needs. Therapists will work closely with you and your physician to thoroughly evaluate your condition and develop a plan of treatment.

Services Provided:
Physical Therapy - Restores maximum physical functioning and enables the individual to return to an active life as quickly as possible. Includes specialized programs such as aquatic therapy, sports medicine rehabilitation, golf performance enhancement, balance and dizziness, incontinence, lymphedema, TMJ, and prosthetic training.
Occupational Therapy – Our unique program offers treatment sessions to help you maximize independence and safety in the areas of leisure, work and self-care. Assessments and daily skills training are only a few of the valuable services we offer. Specialized programs include hand therapy, splint fabrication, home safety assessments and ergonomic evaluations.
